Louis Rinn has been in the mortgage business since 1986.  Specializing in residential real estate financing with an emphasis on working with other professionals on how to fit the mortgage into the client’s long and short term financial plan.  Louis has been a real estate broker since 1980 and received his GRI designation from the National Associate of Realtors in 1983, and recently added the Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC) designation to his resume.

Biographical Information: Louis Rinn has the education, experience and proven track record to help his clients through the mortgage process.  It is well known that home financing can be a very stressful time.  Louis’ goal for each client is to make the “mortgage experience” a pleasant one.  As the old saying goes, “the proof is in the pudding”, as 95% of Louis’ business is from referrals and past clients.
